Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Advance Payments:
    • Users can deposit real money in advance to use Fantasy Yatra services and buy keys.
  2. No Refunds:
    • Once money is deposited into your account, refunds are generally not available except for the redeeming particular keys.
  3. Exception - Service Failures:
    • In the event of our services are not available due to reasons outside Our control, including but not limited to any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or cause beyond Our control, such as acts of god, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemic, epidemic, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials or any cancellation of services available on Our Platform
  4. Unused Funds Refund:
    • If eligible for a refund, only the unused portion of your deposit will be returned after the deduction of taxes, tds and gst if applicable. Money already spent on keys cannot be refunded.

    5. In summary, once you deposit money into your Fantasy Yatra account, refunds are only possible if Fantasy Yatra fails to deliver services, and only for the unused funds in your account. Money already used for buying keys is non-refundable.

  5. Cancellation
    • In the event of a match, where both the Users have entered the same teams (including the same Captain, Vice-captain, the contest will stand cancelled and keys will be refunded to the users wallet.
  6. Refund Timeline
    • In case of any eligible refund as per the refund guidelines, customers will be provided refund within a timeline of 7-10 working days.
